We are not a CPA firm, law firm, or registered tax preparation company, and we do not provide certified accounting, legal, or tax advice. Deliverables should be reviewed by a licensed CPA, tax preparer, or attorney where certified advice is required.
Every project begins with a written scope and a fixed-price quote based on the information you provide. Work outside the agreed scope may require an updated quote before it begins.
Full payment is due at booking to confirm and schedule your project. CIY Solutions LLC does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing; each engagement is invoiced once.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely access to the financial records, account credentials, and information needed to complete your project. Delays in providing this information may affect turnaround time.
Turnaround times stated on our Pricing page are estimates that begin once we have received all necessary information and access. Unforeseen complexity discovered during the project may extend the timeline; we will notify you if this occurs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIY Solutions LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
