Here's the reasoning behind our one-project model, how we actually work, and exactly where our support begins and ends.
CIY Solutions LLC was founded in Las Vegas, Nevada, after watching too many small business owners get stuck choosing between doing their own books badly, or signing up for a monthly bookkeeping retainer they didn't actually need. Most businesses don't have a year-round bookkeeping need — they have a specific problem: two years of unsorted receipts, a payroll system that was never configured correctly, or a lender asking for statements that don't exist yet.
We built our business around solving that specific problem, once, for a fair and fixed price — then stepping back until you need us again.
We're not trying to become your accounting department. We're here to fix the thing that's actually broken, hand it back to you in order, and let you get on with running your business.— CIY Solutions LLC
Before any payment changes hands, you receive a written scope and price. What's included — and what isn't — is agreed upfront, not discovered halfway through.
We explain what we're doing to your books and why, in terms that make sense to a business owner — not accounting jargon meant to sound impressive.
Every plan comes with a stated turnaround. If your project needs to move faster for a lender or filing deadline, tell us before booking and we'll confirm if it's possible.
We're a bookkeeping and payroll support service, not a CPA or law firm. Where a project needs certified tax or legal sign-off, we say so and point you to the right professional.
Because we're not a CPA or legal firm, it matters that this line is clear from the start.
